0 meters standing platform into foam block pit

½ meters standing platform into foam block pit

1-meter hurdle platform into foam block pit

2-meter hurdle platform into foam block pit (rope spotting belt)

From the skills bank included in this directive, participants choose one skill from each diving category (forward, back, reverse, inward, twisting, and arm stand for platform) per event entered. 

Platform skills may be completed from a 1-meter or 2-meter platform with the same degree of difficulty.
